PAINTING &
DRAWING EXHIBITION Theme: Endangered
Species This
exhibition will feature paintings and drawings of JAC pupils from all ten branches.The works of art will depict endangered species.
Many of these species are
continuously being hunted especially at their tender age. Up to date, the
status of these species could be classified as extinct, endangered,
vulnerable, rare, indeterminate, satisfactory and insufficiently unknown. Date: 5th -10TH November,2005 Venue: Time: 10:00am-3:00pm GATE FEE: ¢10.000 (THIS IS FOR THE ZOO`S MAINTAINANCE) §
PHOTO COMPETITION
& EXHIBITION Theme: Focus on my
Environment Entrants are invited to show,
through their photographs, how they
see the world. Their photographs
reflect the planet, its people and the environment, in all its diversity. The
photographs should also seek to express their challenges, hopes and fear in a
rapidly changing world. Date: 10th- 17th December Venue: Arts Centre Time: 10:00am GATE FEE: FREE §
THEATRE SPECTACULAR
II The Junior Art Club
(JAC) is organizing Theatre Spectacular II featuring children from all centres of the JAC. It is a total theatre that will
showcase Drama, Dance, Joggling Sticks, Music/Rap, Cultural Dance, Jokes,
Singing, poetry, gymnastic and talent show competition. Theme: The Arts
& Youth Empowerment The objective of the Theatre Spectacular is to: §
Develop confidence building in the pupils and unearth talents. §
Raise awareness about the Performing Arts activities of the
JAC. §
Expand the performing arts within the schools and help the
pupils develop stage skills. §
Cover the Theatre Spectacular programme
